Yes! We will email you a preview of how your artwork would appear once it is printed. After your feedback, we will then print your portrait and deliver it to you. We do, however, limit any changes you would like to one change per portrait. If you have any further questions regarding this issue please feel free to get in touch. Once we have received your order, we aim to have delivery to you within 10 working days. In the unlikely event of you not having received your artwork within this time, please use our contact form or phone us on 0845 874 0150.
The latest we should receive your order by to guarantee delivery before Christmas 2009 is 14th December 2009. After this point we can not absolutely guarantee delivery by 24th December because of volume of orders and last posting dates.

We do indeed offer discounts for customers who order more than one portrait. As snaps2art receive various types of orders ranging from more than one portrait, to different size portraits there are no set discounts. The best method for you as the customer to enquire whether or not you are eligible for discounts, is to drop us an email for a quote.
Our easy to use ordering method is rather robust, and images in many diffrent formats will be just fine to upload. Currently the sorts of images that can be uploaded are JPEG, GIF, BMP and PNG files. If you have images that are not in the format listed do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
In the unlikely event that you do not recieve your order after you have had confirmation it has been dispatched, we ask you take the following simple steps:
1) Check that the delivery address and postal code details entered, are correct. if you have made a mistake, do not worry, simply contact us and we will be happy to help.
2) If there is nobody present at the address at the time of delivery, then as a rule the courier should leave a calling card to tell you where your portrait can be collected. We know that this does not always happen, so telephone your local postal office and enquire if they holding a delivery in your name.
3) If you have completed both the above steps then it is time to email us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
If goods arrive damaged please inform us immediately. We will then arranged to replace the faulty goods free of charge.
Unfortunately because of the bespoke nature of the products that we are supplying, we cannot accept cancellation of orders. However, if goods arrive damaged we can either replace the faulty goods free of charge or cancel the order altogether and refund the charges. These terms and conditions comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
